PushBack Racking
PushBack Racking is an effective solution providing high density storage where pallets are stored up to 6 deep.
Advancement with Push Back Racking
Push-Back Racking has been designed for pallets to push back on rails mounted inside the racking structure with a gravity fed fall to the first pallet location. When the front pallet is removed, the remaining pallets gravity feed forward, allowing for easy pallet removal and reload.
When a pallet is loaded into a push back racking system, it pushes the front pallet back exposing a front cart space ready for placement of the incoming pallet, while the remaining pallets from the pick face are pushed back by one position.
Push-back Racking is an alternative to Double and Multi-Deep Racking as it allows for higher density storage with easy pallet access in high turnover environments.
Our Push Back Pallet Racking system comes complete with:
- Rack uprights in a range of widths, depths, and thicknesses
- The unique diamond-slot profile which provides a stronger and more efficient interlock between upright and beam
- Strong frame bracing
- Push-back tracks for easy sliding
- Racking end protection for safe operation
- Front and rear upright protectors to minimise damage
